    Instructions for payment to a PrivatBank card

    Log in to your online bank or Privat24 mobile application.
    Select the "Transfers" or "Transfer to card" section.
    Enter the recipient's card number: 5221 1911 0103 0574.
    Enter the payment amount.
    In the "Purpose of payment" field, write: Payment for the goods.
    Confirm the transfer by following the on-screen instructions.


    Terms of payment

    Fee: The transfer fee depends on the terms and conditions of your bank. Typically PrivatBank charges 0.5-1% of the transfer amount.
    Crediting time: Funds are usually credited to the card within a few minutes, but there may be delays of up to 24 hours depending on the bank.
    Refund: In case of an error in the transfer, contact the recipient to resolve the situation. If the money has already been credited to the card, the refund may take several days.
    Security: Do not share your card number with third parties and monitor the security of your data.
