      • Nova Poshta offers the opportunity to insure your parcel. The cost of insurance depends on the declared value of the goods.
      • In case of damage or loss of the parcel, Nova Poshta will compensate for the damage within the stated cost.

    4. Parcel tracking:

      • Each parcel is assigned a unique track number, by which you can track its movement on the Nova Poshta website or in the mobile application.

    Delivery conditions by Nova Poshta with payment upon receipt

    1. Payment upon receipt:

      • When placing an order, select the payment method "Cash on delivery".
      • The recipient pays the cost of the goods and delivery services at the time of receipt of the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch.

    2. Cash on delivery fee:
